Houston Man has Gynecomastia Surgery*

CASE DESCRIPTION: Patient presented with desire to have an more athletic appearance of the chest. Unhappy with "breasts" that were resistant to diet and exercise. Wore compression shirts to flatten the chest contour. Photos below are two months after gynecomastia reduction surgery. PROCEDURE NOTES: Standard liposuction of the chest was performed to an improved chest contour as well as direct excision of the breast gland.
