Houston woman has breast revision surgery with implant exchange and breast lift

CASE STUDY: Patient presented with desire to improve the shape of her breasts. She had saline implants, and was unhappy with the appearance of the rippling and deflated upper pole. She desired explantation of the saline implants and reaugmentation with silicone implants and improved shape. She wore approximately a DD cup bra in most bra styles. She desired to be more of a slightly fuller DD cup bra. The after pictures below are two months from breast revision with implant exchange, and breast lift. She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE DETAILS: Bilateral 420cc saline implants removed, and replaced with Sientra smooth round, high profile 470cc silicone gel implants. A full breast lift performed to restore a better shape.
