CASE STUDY:
Patient presented with symptoms of spontaneous right saline breast implant deflation. She desired explantation of the saline implants and reaugmentation with silicone implants to improve her breast volume in better proportions to her body. She had children but no plans for more. She wore approximately a C cup bra in most bra styles. She desired to be more of a full D cup bra. The after pictures below are two months from breast augmentation. She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities.
PROCEDURE DETAILS:
Bilateral saline implants removed, and capsulectomies performed to improve implant pocket volume and position. Reaugmentation with Sientra smooth round, Moderate Profile Plus 435cc silicone gel implants.
