Houston Woman has Revision Breast Surgery

CASE STUDY: Patient presented with symptoms of spontaneous right saline breast implant deflation. She desired explantation of the saline implants and reaugmentation with silicone implants to improve her breast volume in better proportions to her body. She had children but no plans for more.
