Patient presented with desire to improve the shape of her breasts. She had saline implants, and was unhappy with the appearance of the rippling and contracture. She desired explantation of the saline implants and reaugmentation with silicone implants with a breast lift. She wore approximately a DD cup bra in most bra styles. She desired to be more of a slightly fuller DD cup bra. The after pictures below are two months from explantation of the saline implant, removal of the capsules, reaugmentation with silicone implants, and a breast lift. She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE DETAILS: Bilateral saline implants removed, and replaced with Sientra smooth round, moderate profile plus 455cc silicone gel implants. Capsules were partially removed and a breast lift performed.
