Houston Woman has Breast Revision Surgery

CASE STUDY: Patient presented for evaluation for breast rejuvenation. she had a previous augmentation years ago as well as pregnancies. She was unhappy with the "droopy" appearance of her breasts and desired to improve her breast shape in better proportions to her body. She wore approximately a C cup bra in most bra styles. She desired to be more of a full C cup bra. The after pictures below are two months from breast revision surgery. Including removal of the saline implants, capsule removal, reaugmentation with silicone implants and breast lift. She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE DETAILS: Saline breast implants were removed. The breast capsules (scar bag around implants) were removed and reconstructed to reposition the new implants more centrally onto the chest wall. Reaugmentation with Sientra textured round, High Profile 355cc silicone gel implants to improve the natural feel and volume projection.
