Houston Woman has Breast Revision Surgery*

CASE STUDY: Patient presented for evaluation for breast rejuvenation. she had a previous augmentation years ago as well as pregnancies. She had a steady recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE DETAILS: 520cc saline breast implants were removed. The breast capsules (scar bag around implants) were removed and reconstructed to reposition the new implants more centrally onto the chest wall. Reaugmentation with Allergan Inspira full profile Profile 365cc silicone gel implants to reduce the breast volume. Final breast shape required a full scar mastopexy to retailor the skin envelope over the new breast implant.
