Houston Woman has Breast Revision Surgery

CASE STUDY: Patient presented with complaint of ugly scars of previous breast lift and augmentation. She desired to improve the symmetry and appearance of the breast scars. The left breast was firmer and had a different shape than the right. She had children and had no plans for more. She wore approximately a C cup bra in most bra styles and did not want to change the implants. The after pictures below are two months from breast revision. She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE DETAILS: Bilateral mastopexy scars that were wide or thickened were revised. Left capsulectomy and capsulorraphy was performed to correct the capsular contracture and improve implant position.
