Houston Woman has Breast Revision Surgery

CASE STUDY: Patient presented with desire to replace saline implants and improve appearance of breasts. She desired explantation of the saline implants and reaugmentation with silicone implants to improve her breast volume in better proportions to her body. She felt that the breast mound was too high and hard and the areolas were low. She wore approximately a DD cup bra in most bra styles. She desired to be more of a full D cup bra. The after pictures below are two months from breast revision surgery. She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE DETAILS: Bilateral saline implants removed, partial capsulectomies with capsuloraphies performed. Implants replaced with Allergan Inspira smooth round, full Profile 385cc silicone gel implants. A breast lift was then performed to rejuvenate the appearance of the breast mound.
