Houston Woman has Breast Revision Surgery

CASE STUDY: Patient presented with desire to improve shape of breasts. Unhappy with "upward pointing nipples". She desired explantation of the saline implants and reaugmentation with silicone implants to improve her breast volume and shape in better proportions to her body. She had no children yet. She wore approximately a DD cup bra in most bra styles. She desired to be more of a fuller DD cup bra. The after pictures below are two months from breast revision. Inframammary folds were repaired to position implant behind the center of areola. Lateral folds were repaired to improve pocket position. Reaugmentation with Allergan Inspira smooth round, High Profile 615cc silicone gel implants.
