Houston Woman has Breast Augmentation Surgery

CASE STUDY: Patient presented for evaluation for breast augmentation. She was unhappy with the postpartum changes of her breasts and desired to improve her breast volume in better proportions to her body. She wore approximately a B cup bra in most bra styles. She desired to be more of a full D cup bra. She had history of previous pregnancies, and desired to have further children. She was counseled on breast ptosis and indication for a breast lift to improve aesthetic shape of the breast. She desired to defer a breast lift until finished with having children to reduce risk having to have a revision breast lift. The after pictures below are three months from breast augmentation. She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE NOTES: Sublgandular technique with 340cc Mentor smooth round, Moderate Profile, silicone gel implants.
