Houston Woman has Bra-line Lift, BBL, and Tummy Tuck Revision Surgeries
Procedure Details
CASE DESCRIPTION:
Patient presented for evaluation to improve the appearance of her abdomen and body. She had a previous tummy tuck, but was unhappy with the contour and scar. She desired smaller and tighter waist and back line with fuller buttocks as well. The after pictures below are two months from abdominoplasty revision, bra-line lift (torsoplasty), and fat transfer to the buttocks (Brazilian Butt lift). She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities.
PROCEDURE NOTES:
The adominoplasty was revised and extended to reduce the waist line. Liposuction was also performed to improve to contours of the waistline and back. A Bra-line lift was performed to reduce the excess skin of the upper back. Fat was then grafted to the buttocks for volume and shape enhancement. Exparel (longterm local anesthetic) was injected during the procedure to reduce postoperative pain and reduce amount of pain medicines required in the recovery period.
