Houston Woman has Mini Tummy Tuck Surgery

CASE DESCRIPTION: Patient presented for evaluation to improve the appearance of her abdomen after pregnancies. She was unhappy with "stretched out tummy" with saggy excess skin of the lower abdomen. She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE NOTES: A mini tummy tuck Abdominoplasty (no diastesis repair or umbilical transposition) was performed. Liposuction was also performed to improve to contours of the waistline. Exparel (longterm local anesthetic) was injected during the procedure to reduce postoperative pain and reduce amount of pain medicines required in the recovery period.
