Houston woman has revision tummy tuck surgery

CASE DESCRIPTION: Patient presented for evaluation to improve the appearance of her abdomen. She had a history of a tummy tuck and liposuction that resulted in uneven contours and significant scar tissue. The after pictures below are two months from abdominoplasty revision. She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE NOTES: A revision tummy tuck was performed removing the previous tummy tuck scar and soft tissue scarring. Exparel (longterm local anesthetic) was injected during the procedure to reduce postoperative pain and reduce amount of pain medicines required in the recovery period.
