Houston Woman has Inner Thigh Lift

CASE DESCRIPTION: Patient presented for evaluation to improve the appearance of her inner thighs after weight loss surgery. She was unhappy with her saggy excess skin and stretch marks. The after pictures below are two months from inner thigh lift surgery. She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE NOTES: Inner thigh lift was performed with direct excision of skin and fat. The scar is placed within the groin crease.
