CASE DESCRIPTION: Patient presented for evaluation to improve the appearance of her abdomen and breasts after pregnancies. She was unhappy with the areas resistant to diet and exercise and "saggy large" breasts. The after pictures below are two months from a tummy tuck, breast lift and augmentation, and liposuction. She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE NOTES: Full skin excision breast lift performed. Breast augmentation with Sientra smooth round moderate profile plus 415cc silicone breast implants. Liposuction was also performed to improve to contours of the waistline.
