Procedure Details
Patient presented for evaluation to improve the appearance of her abdomen and breasts after pregnancies. She was unhappy with "stretched out tummy" with saggy excess skin and stretch marks. And deflated breasts. The after pictures below are two months from abdominoplasty with muscle tightening (anterior rectus fascia plication), a breast augmentation with lift and a liposuction with fat grafting to the buttocks. She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities.
PROCEDURE NOTES:
Standard Abdominoplasty with anterior rectus fascia plication for diastesis (muscle separation of the midline) repair. Liposuction was also performed to improve to contours of the waistline and the fat transferred to her buttocks for augmentation. A breast augmentation was also performed for volume enhancement and a a lift for shape restoration. Exparel (longterm local anesthetic) was injected during the procedure to reduce postoperative pain and reduce amount of pain medicines required in the recovery period.
