Houston Woman has Mommy Makeover Surgery
Procedure Details
CASE DESCRIPTION: Patient presented for evaluation to improve the appearance of her abdomen and breasts after pregnancies. She was unhappy with "stretched out tummy" with saggy excess skin and stretch marks, and "deflated" breasts. She wore a B cup and desired to be a full C or small D to improve her figure proportions. The after pictures below are two months from abdominoplasty with muscle tightening (anterior rectus fascia plication) and breast augmentation. She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE NOTES: Dual plane technique (partial submuscular) with Sientra smooth round, Moderate Profile Plus, 305cc silicone gel implants. Standard Abdominoplasty with anterior rectus fascia plication for diastesis (muscle separation of the midline) repair. Liposuction was also performed to improve to contours of the waistline. Exparel (longterm local anesthetic) was injected during the procedure to reduce postoperative pain and reduce amount of pain medicines required in the recovery period.
