CASE DESCRIPTION: Patient presented for evaluation to improve the appearance of her breasts and body. She was unhappy with "stretched out tummy" with saggy excess skin and stretch marks, and breast volume and appearance. The after pictures below are two months from breast lift with implant, liposuction and body lift with muscle tightening (anterior rectus fascia plication), bra-line lift (torsoplasty), and arm lift (brachioplasty). She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE NOTES: Dual plane technique (partial sub muscular) with Allergan Inspira smooth round, full Profile, 345cc silicone gel implants. A body lift (hip lift with Abdominoplasty) with anterior rectus fascia plication for diastesis (muscle separation of the midline) repair was performed. Liposuction was also performed to improve to contours of the waistline. A Bra-line lift (torsoplasty) was performed to reduce the excess rolls of back skin, and a arm lift (brachioplasty) to removed excess arm skin. Exparel (longterm local anesthetic) was injected during the procedure to reduce postoperative pain and reduce amount of pain medicines required in the recovery period
