Case Description: Patient presented for evaluation to improve the appearance of her abdomen and breasts after pregnancies. She was unhappy with "stretched out tummy" with saggy excess skin and stretch marks, and "deflated" breasts. She wore a B cup and desired to improve the appearance of her breast shape and volume to improve her figure proportions. The after pictures below are two months from abdominoplasty with muscle tightening (anterior rectus fascia plication) and breast lift with augmentation. She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE NOTES: Dual plane technique (partial submuscular) with Allergan Inspira smooth round, full Profile Plus, 265cc silicone gel implants, with a breast lift. Standard Abdominoplasty with anterior rectus fascia plication for diastesis (muscle separation of the midline) repair. Liposuction was also performed to improve to contours of the waistline and fat grafting to buttocks. Exparel (longterm local anesthetic) was injected during the procedure to reduce postoperative pain and reduce amount of pain medicines required in the recovery period.
