CASE DESCRIPTION: This patient presented for evaluation to improve the appearance of her body. She desired to reduce the areas resistant to diet and exercise with liposuction. She also desired to enhance the appearance of her buttocks with fat grafting (Brazilian Butt Lift). The after pictures below are two months after liposuction and fat grafting to the buttocks. She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE NOTES: Standard liposuction was performed to improve to contours of the abdomen, hips, flanks, and back. Fat grafting was then performed to the buttocks for volume and shape enhancement. 550cc per side
