CASE DESCRIPTION: Patient presented for evaluation to improve the appearance of his body. He desired to reduce the areas resistant to diet and exercise with liposuction. He also desired to enhance the appearance of his buttocks with fat grafting. The after pictures below are two months after liposuction and fat grafting to the buttocks. He had a quick recovery, and has returned to all his lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE NOTES: Standard liposuction was performed to improve to contours of the abdomen, hips, flanks, and back. "Etch" technique used to enhance abdominal definition. Fat grafting was then performed to the buttocks for volume and shape enhancement. 850cc per side.
