Houston woman has breast implant removal and lift with fat grafting*

CASE DESCRIPTION: Patient presented for evaluation to remove her breast implants. She desired smaller perkier breasts. The after pictures below are two months after breast implant removal, breast lift and fat transfer. She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE NOTES: The breast implants were removed. A breast lift was performed to tighten the breast shape. Fat that was harvested from liposuction was used for further contouring of the breasts.
