Houston woman has dual plane butt augmentation with implants and fat transfer
Procedure Details
CASE DESCRIPTION: Patient presented for evaluation to improve the fullness of her buttocks. She had difficulty with weight gain and not a candidate for fat transfer to meet her desired result. The after pictures below are two months after buttock augmentation with an implant and fat transfer. She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE NOTES: Standard liposuction was performed to improve to contours of the flanks, and back. Using two superior gluteal crease incisions, textured anatomic solid silicone gel 325cc buttock implants were placed in a "Dual Plane" subfascial-intramuscular plane. Fat that was harvested from liposuction was used for further contouring of the outer buttocks, hips and fold to improve the natural appearance.
