Houston woman has dual plane buttock augmentation with implant and fat grafting*

CASE DESCRIPTION: Patient presented for evaluation to improve the appearance of her buttocks. She had a history of massive weight. Unhappy with deflated flat skin of buttocks. History of body lift as well. She desired to improve the fullness to her buttocks. She had difficulty with weight gain and not a candidate for fat transfer to meet her desired result. The after pictures below are two months after buttock augmentation with an implant. She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE NOTES: Standard liposuction was performed for fat harvest of the hips, flanks, and back. A posterior body lift revision was performed to further tighten the buttock skin. Using two superior gluteal crease incisions, textured anatomic shaped solid silicone gel 485cc buttock implants were placed in a "Dual Plane" subfascial-intramuscular plane. Fat that was harvested from liposuction was used for further contouring of the outer buttocks, hips and fold to improve the natural appearance.
