Houston Woman has Buttock Augmentation with Implants and Fat Transfer

CASE DESCRIPTION: Patient presented for evaluation to improve the appearance of her buttocks. She had a history of massive weight loss with significantly deflated buttocks and skin laxity. Her after pictures below are two months after buttock augmentation with an implant, and fat transfer. She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE NOTES: Standard liposuction was performed to improve to contours of the hips, flanks, and back. Then using two superior gluteal crease incisions, textured round shaped solid silicone gel 455cc buttock implants were placed in a "Dual Plane" subfascial-intramuscular plane. Fat that was harvested from liposuction was used for further contouring of the outer buttocks, hips and fold to improve the natural appearance.
