CASE DESCRIPTION: Patient presented for evaluation to improve the appearance of her buttocks. She desired to restore the fullness to her buttocks. She had difficulty with weight gain and not a candidate for fat transfer to meet her desired result. The after pictures below are 9 months after buttock augmentation with an implant. She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE NOTES: Standard liposuction was performed to improve to contours of the abdomen, hips, flanks, and back. Using two superior gluteal crease incisions, textured anatomic solid silicone gel 555cc buttock implants were placed in a "Dual Plane" subfascial-intramuscular plane. Fat that was harvested from liposuction was used for further contouring of the outer buttocks, hips and fold to improve the natural appearance.
