CASE DESCRIPTION: Patient presented for evaluation to improve the appearance of her body. She desired to reduce the areas resistant to diet and exercise with liposuction. She also desired to enhance the appearance of her buttocks with fat grafting (Brazilian Butt Lift). The after pictures below are two months after liposuction and fat grafting to the buttocks (in addition to a body lift and bra-line lift). She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE NOTES: Standard liposuction was performed to improve to contours of the hips, flanks, and back. 1500cc of fat was grafted to each buttock for volume and shape enhancement.
