Houston man has body lift surgery after massive weight loss

Patient presented for evaluation to improve the appearance of her body. He was unhappy with the excess skin and fat of the lower abdomen and hips. The after pictures below are two months after the body lift. He had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE NOTES: Standard body lift (tummy tuck with hip lift) was performed. Liposuction was also performed to improve to contours of the waistline. Exparel (longterm local anesthetic) was injected during the procedure to reduce postoperative pain and reduce amount of pain medicines required in the recovery period.
