Houston Woman has Arm lift Surgery*

CASE DESCRIPTION: Patient presented for evaluation to improve the appearance of her arms after weight loss surgery. She was unhappy with her saggy excess skin and stretch marks. The after pictures below are two months from arm lift surgery. She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE NOTES: Standard brachioplasty was performed with direct excision of skin from the elbow to the axilla. The scar is placed at the bottom of the arm.
