Houston Woman has Butt Augmentation with Implants and Fat Transfer 16

CASE DESCRIPTION: Patient presented for evaluation to improve the appearance of her buttocks. She had a history of massive weight loss with significantly deflated buttocks and skin laxity. Her after pictures below are two months after buttock augmentation with an implant, a buttock lift, and fat transfer. She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE NOTES: Standard liposuction was performed to improve to contours of the abdomen, hips, flanks, and back. A buttock lift was performed to tighten the buttock skin, using a “V-string” body lift incision. Then using two superior gluteal crease incisions, textured round shaped solid silicone gel 712cc buttock implants were placed in a “Dual Plane” subfascial-intramuscular plane. Fat that was harvested from liposuction was used for further contouring of the outer buttocks, hips and fold to improve the natural appearance.
