Houston Woman has Buttock Augmentation with implants and fat transfer 6

CASE DESCRIPTION: Patient presented for evaluation to improve the appearance of her buttocks. She desired to restore the fullness to her buttocks. She had a history of significant weight loss. The after pictures below are two months after buttock augmentation with an implant, fat transfer and a buttock lift. She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE NOTES: Standard liposuction was performed to improve to contours of the abdomen, hips, flanks, and back. A buttock lift was performed to improve the skin laxity of the buttock. Using two superior gluteal crease incisions, textured round solid silicone gel 548cc buttock implants were placed in a “Dual Plane” subfascial-intramuscular plane. Fat that was harvested from liposuction was used for further contouring of the outer buttocks, hips and fold to improve the natural appearance.
