CASE STUDY: Patient presented with complaint of symptoms of right breast deformity with hard breast and different shape. She had a history of previous augmentation, and revision surgery for right breast infection and fluid collection. She desired explantation of the right silicone implant and re-augmentation. She had children but no plans for more. She wore approximately a D cup bra in most bra styles. She desired to remain a D cup bra. The after pictures below are two months from breast augmentation. She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle act PROCEDURE DETAILS: Right silicone implant removed, and replaced with 330cc Allergan smooth round, Moderate Profile (style 15), silicone gel implant.
