CASE DESCRIPTION: Patient presented for evaluation to improve the appearance of her breasts after pregnancies. She was unhappy with the appearance of saggy breasts. She wore a D cup and desired to be a full DD to improve her proportions. The after pictures below are two months from a breast implant exchange and breast lift. She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE NOTES: Saline implants removed and replaced with Allergan Inspira smooth round, full proflie, 415cc silicone gel implants.
