CASE DESCRIPTION: Patient presented for evaluation to improve the appearance of her breasts and body. She was unhappy with “stretched out tummy” with saggy excess skin and stretch marks, and breast volume and appearance. She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE NOTES: Dual plane technique (partial sub muscular) with Allergan Inspira smooth round, full Profile, 450cc silicone gel implants.
