Houston Woman has Breast Revision Surgery for Fold Malposition

CASE DESCRIPTION: Patient presented for evaluation for breast revision to improve the fold malposition. She had a history of saline implant augmentation, and previous thoracic surgery. The after pictures below are two months from bilateral fold repair with Galaflex mesh and implant exchange with silicone breast implants. She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE NOTES: The saline implants were removed, both folds repaired with incorporation with Galaflex mesh, and Allergan Inspira smooth round, 470cc silicone gel breast implants placed.
