Houston Woman has Breast Implant Exchange Surgery 4

CASE STUDY: Patient presented with desire to improve her breast appearance. She desired explantation of the saline implants and reaugmentation with silicone implants to improve her breast volume in better proportions to her body. She wore approximately a DD cup bra in most bra styles. She desired to be more of a full DDD cup bra. The after pictures below are two months from breast revision. She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE DETAILS: Bilateral 400cc saline implants removed, and replaced with Allergan Inspira smooth round, Full Profile 520cc silicone gel implants.
