CASE DESCRIPTION: Three months postop from augmentation. Presented with desire to enhance breast volume in proportion to body. Wears B cup and desires a full C or small D cup. History of previous pregnancies. PROCEDURE NOTES: Dual plane technique (partial submuscular) with Mentor smooth round, Moderate Profile Plus, saline implants filled to 450cc.
