This patient came to Dr. Morales at Aesthetic Center for Plastic Surgery to discuss concerns related to a previous breast augmentation performed at another practice. She was interested in improving breast shape, support, and overall symmetry through revision surgery.

After a thorough evaluation, Dr. Morales developed a customized breast revision plan that included removal of her existing implants, a breast lift, breast augmentation, and bilateral breast fold repair. To provide additional support and help reinforce the surgical result, TIGR mesh was incorporated during the procedure. New 400cc Mentor silicone moderate high-profile implants were selected to achieve her desired volume while maintaining balance with her frame.
