Anesthesia

On the day of the surgery, you will be administered general anesthesia to ensure comfort and safety throughout the procedure.

Incisions

Dr. Morales makes precise incisions based on the degree of reduction needed and the chosen technique. Common incision patterns include:

• Periareolar (donut): Around the areola; suitable for minor reductions.
• Lollipop: Around the areola and vertically down to the breast crease; ideal for moderate reductions.
• Anchor: Around the areola, vertically down to the breast crease, and horizontally along the breast crease; used for significant reductions.

Reshaping and Reducing

After making the incisions, Dr. Morales removes excess breast tissue, fat, and skin. The remaining tissue is lifted and reshaped to improve contour and firmness. The nipple and areola are repositioned to a higher, more youthful location. If necessary, the size of the areola can be reduced to achieve a more balanced appearance.

Excess Skin Removal

Excess skin is removed to eliminate sagging and create a tighter, smoother breast profile. The remaining skin is then tightened around the newly shaped breast.

Closing the Incisions
