Houston woman has breast implant exchange and fold repair

CASE STUDY: Patient presented with desire to improve the shape of her breasts. She had silicone implants, and was unhappy with the appearance of the asymmetric folds and and deflated upper pole. She desired explantation, fold repair and reaugmentation with silicone implants. She wore approximately a DD cup bra in most bra styles. She desired to be more of a slightly fuller DDD cup bra.
