Houston Woman has Mommy Makeover Surgery*

Patient presented for evaluation to improve the appearance of her breasts and body. She was unhappy with "stretched out tummy" with saggy excess skin and stretch marks, and breast volume and appearance. The after pictures below are two months from breast augmentation, and extended tummy tuck (hip to hip) with muscle tightening (anterior rectus fascia plication). She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE NOTES: Dual plane technique (partial sub muscular) with Allergan Inspira smooth round, full Profile, 450cc silicone gel implants.
