Houston man has dual plane buttock augmentation with implants
Procedure Details
CASE DESCRIPTION: Patient presented for evaluation to improve the fullness of his buttocks. He had difficulty with weight gain and not a candidate for fat transfer to meet his desired result. The after pictures below are two months after buttock augmentation with an implant and fat transfer. He had a quick recovery, and has returned to all his lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE NOTES: Standard liposuction was performed to improve to contours of the hips, flanks, and back. Using two superior gluteal crease incisions, textured round solid silicone gel 375cc buttock implants were placed in a "Dual Plane" subfascial-intramuscular plane. Fat that was harvested from liposuction was used for further contouring of the outer buttocks, hips and fold to improve the natural appearance.
