36 Years Old, 3 Boys and in the Best Shape Ever!!! I had 2 c-sections in one year and was very depressed with the body I was left with. I did my research and found a great doctor. I feel great! I had a mommy makeover and some lipo here and there. It was a great experience. Dr. Morales did an excellent job in making sure I was satisfied with all of his work!!!

55 Y/o Female - Houston, TX Dr. Rolando Morales Jr. is fantastic. I am so thankful I chose him as my surgeon; I had consulted with six others before making a decision. He is very skilled and the best at his craft. He cares about his patients. He far exceeded my expectations. I had several procedures at one time; upper and lower eyelid surgery, bilateral brow lift and under eye fat grafting. He is the BEST...

breast augmentation 32A to 34DD Today I had a consultation with Dr. Morales. It went great, the patient coordinator (Linda) was awesome. She made me feel so comfortable, easy to talk to and answered all my questions. The surgeon was even more awesome. I had 2 previous consultations with other dr's and Dr morales was by far the best. Didn't feel rushed, it's been over a year since I've been doing lots of research... I know exactly what I want and look for and dr morales answered all my questions and concerns with out even asking him. Love them! Friday I have my pre-op consultation. It FINALLY hit me that I'm getting my boobs in 6 days... And I was actually freaking out, I feel so nervous. I wasn't before but I guess now that my dr gave me my prescription and talked about the surgery day... I just can't believe I'm actually going to go through with it. After 2 years of long research the day is almost here. I will be getting 450cc, dual plane placement, natrelle INSPIRA, moderate-plus profile. Is the best way I can describe what I feel... My surgery is on Thursday (it's 1am) so basically tomorrow! I have my prescriptions ready, colcace recommended in case I get constipated (lol tmi) I did all my laundry, washed bed sheets, cleaned the house, everything. I can say I'm ready but I'm nervous... I just want to get over it and have big pretty boobs lol. I guess I'm just kind of freaked out about the anesthesia. That reminds me, my surgery is at 2pm I have to arrive at 12pm to fill some papers out and to prep. I don't even remember when I was put under. They gave me a relaxer to help with any anxiety. Then was wheeled into the OR I met with the anesthesiologist and honestly that relaxer really helped because I don't even remember falling asleep. I woke up and I was in a room with a nurse checking my vitals. I was still feeling drowsy and sleepy. They called my mother and friend in. My surgeon was nice enough to bring me flowers and a card. And told my mom and sister that everything went perfect. The ride home felt like it took forever (plus traffic) I fell asleep the ride home. Felt so much better when home and my friend was kind enough to waiting for me at the door with flowers lol wasn't expecting that he took care of me all night with my mom as well I went to my post op visit and got my ace bandage taken off and was given a surgical sports bra. I got natrelle INSPIRA 450cc moderate+ profile, under the muscle (dual plane) areola incision. My boobs are still rectangle looking, my doc said my skin was so tight but eventually will drop within a couple of days. Earlier today I felt burning pain on top of my right breast near my underarm... I did get under the muscle so idk if that has something to do with it. When I went in for my 1st day post op with my dr he did mention I was going to have pain there as well. Now I feel it in my other side 🙁 Went in for my 1 week post op. to get the ends of my sutures cut (stitches) are dissolvable so didn't have to get them all out since they will dissolve on their own. Changed the strips and the nurse gave me strips which I was directed to change out every 3-5 days. She said my insicions looked perfect, no discharge or sign of infection (I was glad to hear that). I got s he filed to go back in next Wednesday to talk to my PS about breast massages since my implants are still high up and skin is tight, so I have to wait till next week to start my massages. Other than all that I'm happy with my results so far even tho they are a high, hope they drop soon but I'm in love so far Still are high up. Wednesday have 2 week post op and will be consulting about the massages. Don't feel any pain I can lift my arms all the way up with no pain idk why lol I feel like it's early for me to do that. But here's a pic 🙂 Have been having so much fun with my new boobies I totally forgot about real self lol here's a pic of about 2 weeks ago. My right breast still is a bit higher compared to my left but my doc said its normal since I'm right handed and my right breast has a little high before surgery. I'm TRYING to stick to my massages which is hard because of my job. But over all I'm extremely happy with my results and love my doctor!!

29yo, Abdominal Scar from Previous Surgery Removed I had a large, vertical scar from a previous gastrointestinal surgery about 4 years prior. The scar extended from my belly button down to the top of the pubic area. While I was able to live with the scar, I really disliked how it looked. Also, when I lost some weight, the fat surrounding the scar area was incredibly stubborn. I decided I wasn't going to live the rest of my life with that scar if I didn't have to, and began to seek out options for scar removal. It seems almost magical how Dr. Morales was able to remove the scar, give me a new belly button, and leave me with an incredibly thin incision line.

55 Years Old, 2 Kids-Tummy Tuck Procedure - Houston, TX Went in for surgery in May and here it is July 12th and I am moving around and healing wonderfully. The downtime is about a week and I had to stay in the hospital overnight since I had a tummy tuck. I am still a little puffy but in due time it will go down. It gets better everyday and I am loving the results.

The transformation of a mother of 4 - Houston, TX I had received a full tummy tuck back in March. I never thought I would consider this, but after years of getting back in shape after my 4th child, stepping on stage and doing all that I could to flatten the tummy, there was just no correcting the damage that occurred after multiple pregnancies and some huge babies! After extreme weight loss and multiple pregnancies, my stomach muscles were damaged, fascia stretched out, and my diet and exercise alone could not help this distended appearance no matter what! My surgeon was completely blown away after he learned that I stepped on stage last year and was even able to get my tummy down to do so.... I quickly learned that the min I was NOT in prep, the stomach muscles relaxed and I was back to square one. My husband and I talked it over for months trying to decide if it was even worth the time, money, and the scar that is left afterwards.... But we both decided that I had given it my all and we went ahead and planned the surgery. During this process, I learned that I had two additional hernias that needed repaired (had already had one in my belly button fixed), so we were able to get these fixed during surgery as well. Recovery has been pretty easy for me. The doctor said I was able to recovery quicker because of the great shape I was already in. The first week was painful and so hard to get up to walk around and even sleep. I had to sleep in a recliner the first two weeks. By week 4, I was back in the gym doing light cardio and training. Again, something that only my surgeon was able to agree with since my body was recovering quickly. By week 6, I was back in full swing with few restrictions! There has been much swelling since then, but each week I am seeing it go down and I love that my scar is healing much more beautiful than I thought it would. A few weeks ago my surgeon asked if I would join him as a co-guest on a Houston Morning Talk show, The Debra Duncan show, (Medical Monday segment), which is televised throughout Houston and our surrounding area. He wanted to talk about "Plastic Surgery after weight loss" (and children/mommy makeover-ish), with an emphasis on health and fitness. He also wanted to discuss post-baby, post-weight loss changes (breast deflation/sagging, excess skin of abdomen and laxity) of the body that cannot be "worked off" despite all the exercises, lasers, creams, garments, etc. He sees so many patients now that are inspired like me and by people like myself.. to push them to be healthy with their bodies, and help create lifestyles changes for the better. He mentioned he sees people who are considering "beginning their journey" into these healthier lifestyle changes, but sometimes they come in to have him do it for them (liposuction, contouring surgery, etc). What I love about my doctor is that he always encourages people who are too overweight, or just want to lose more weight to their ideal weight, to exercise, eat healthier before proceeding with plastic surgery. He believes solely in changing your lifestyle first and then proceeding with what your body can't do after you have tried those certain things. His surgical procedures are much better and even last longer if the patient is already in a better physical condition. The show is scheduled for July 11th, 2016, which is the week my husband and I are in Cancun. He tried to get the segment moved, but it just wasn't able to work. I had to sadly decline but was very excited and happy that I was asked in the first place to participate in. If you are able to, please tune in to receive more information about this topic and learn more the services and support my surgeon provides. People who know me, know that I am truly honest about my journey and I believe this is one of the reasons Dr. Morales asked me to begin with. I like to keep everything real in all aspects of my life and if I can share my story, whether it's my past, my current or even my future.... I will do so to help one person understand that some situations are nothing to be embarrassed about. I am here to help promote health and fitness. Inspire the lifestyle....but reassure those who have thought about procedures when all else has failed, it's ok. It's your body, your life, and your decision!! If you are looking for a wonderful, knowledgeable, friendly and very professional Plastic Surgeon, look no further!! I highly recommend Dr. Morales Plastic Surgery He is one of the best in Texas!

45 and Feeling 10 Years Younger - Houston, TX For years I have thought about getting a tummy tuck but was not comfortable with getting the procedure done. I have had loose skin since my twenties due to weight loss and 2 kids. Recently I have experienced weight gain in my mid section due to aging. I made a consultation with Dr. Morales for liposuction in the flank areas. He said that I would be a good candidate and he also recommended a tummy tuck along with the liposuction. I love his honesty. I had visited a couple of doctors prior to him and they never made any additional suggestions than what I went in for. Dr. Morales made me feel comfortable with having the procedure done. His whole staff was great! I have been in the medical field for 20 years and once I visited his office I made changes in my own office. Linda, his manager was helpful in accommodating my hectic schedule when booking the procedure. When I had the procedure done I received a personal call and flowers with a handwritten card from Dr. Morales. These small gestures go a long way. And now with my results...my husband was hesitant with me getting my procedure done and now I can't get him off me. (:
