Just WOW!!!!! After having a procedure to remove an ovarian tumor in 2015, I was left with a nasty, huge, unappealing scar in my abdomen which tore my confidence completely. I went on thinking it couldn't be fixed and accepted the fact that my abdomen would be deformed forever! Until I learned that plastic surgery could help my case. I was very interested from the start. Dr. Rolando Morales is the very first Surgeon I visited for my procedure. Immediately I felt his honesty and genuine care as he assured me that I could have a beautiful abdomen once again. Dr. Morales and Linda Marquez(Patient Coordinator) explained every single detail and answered all my questions. The day of Surgery I arrived at their ACPS center on the Kimberley location. Nurses are magnificently trained and treat you with such respect and care. The whole staff made me feel very relaxed and happy!! 1 Week later, I went to my first follow up visit where I received nothing but great news and of course the best care as always! I decided to get a few Facial treatments from Mrs. Christy Craig(RN, FNP) which I am beyond pleased with! I will definitely come back to see her!! I am now 2 weeks Post-OP and I have never felt better!! Recovery has been so easy. Dr. Morales and all of his staff helped me gain my confidence back and I cannot thank them enough for the work they all did. Every day I wake up thanking God he put Dr. Morales in my life!! The journey isn't over, and I know it is only going to get better!! Thank you so much Dr. Morales and Staff!!!! 🙂
Dr. Rolando Morales (ACPS) In Houston has changed my life!! Tummy tuck, Lipo, BBL. (Left) in November 2015, I had emergency surgery to remove a benign tumor and right ovary which resulted in a huge cut to my abdomen leaving me scarred and deformed. (Right) April 5th 2018 I went into surgery for Tummy Tuck, Lipo, BBL... as a reconstruction. This picture is 3 days post-op. Still swollen and healing wonderfully! My but looks AMAZING!! which I will be posting pictures soon once the swelling has gone down a bit. IN GENERAL. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Morales and his ACPS team. Since the first consult I had with him, he gave me hope and made me feel like I could look beautiful again! I am only 24 years old, and having a deformed stomach like I did made me very depressed. No matter how much weight I lost or exercise I did, the belly always looked to the side and bulged in the clothes I would wear. I called Dr. Piña's office before consulting with Dr. Morales since my best friend had a nose job with him. His staff was completely rude! I Do not recommend him! His staff advised me that Dr. Piña wouldn't even look at me because I hadn't had kids yet and wouldn't touch my tummy, not knowing the reasons and my case. After being shot down horribly. I started to search for other doctors. I happen to come across Dr. Morales by searching "best reconstruction surgeons in Houston TX" I decided to give his office a call and his staff asked simple questions as to what I had in mind without giving their own opinion. Linda, the patient coordinator has been the BEST! always so nice and answers questions honestly and you can tell the whole team genuinely cares! I definitely plan on returning to Dr. Morales for minor work. He is a surgeon for life! ??????????
Dr. Morales 27 Y/o BBL After doing so much research on bbl procedures I'd been wanting for a very long time I finally made the decision to proceed. So I began the hunt for my Dr. in the beginning I wanted to travel to Miami but then I changed my mind thinking of the flight and recovery process not being in the same state as my Dr. so I changed my search to Houston Tx which is where I reside. After researching more than a few Dr. I narrowed it down. Upon doing research on Dr. Morales just off web I felt comfortable with his practice so i proceeded in setting a consultation. I instantly felt welcomed from meeting the receptionist to meeting the coordinator Linda. Dr. Morales he broke everything down for me step by step he told me realistic results and also let me know the down to the surgery. He wanted me to know all the good and bad from surgeon point of view. After meeting with him I thought on it for a day and then set my surgery date. From Start to finish Dr. Morales and his staff took well care of me answered any question I had no matter how many times I asked. I even called Dr. Morales on Christmas Eve and he didn't hesitate to speak to me and reassure me what I was concerned about was nothing to worry about. At every follow Up I saw Dr. Morales which was nice. I have no complaint about the Dr. I chose nor the staff working along side him. I would recommend him to anyone in the Houston area. I can say I'm happy with my reaults I still have a little more healing to go they say wait 6 months to a year but as of now I am happy.

I felt at ease and comfortable knowing that he was going to take care of my issue previously before the butt implant I had to BBL and I lost a high percentage of the fat grafting. So we revisit the surgery procedure with butt augmentation and fat transfer November 30th 2017 and as of today I am loving the results. Dr. Morales is honest and knows what you need for outstanding results and if you choose this doctor you will get the most pleasing results. My butt still hurts but I am not even two months yet but the scaring is magnificent and barely noticeable. I can't wait to see my 3\ 6 month outcome and I'm trying my best to follow all the instructions to achieve the results I am eager to see soon. Great Job Dr. Morales and Staff!! Also, his Patient Coordinator Linda Marquez was very patient and understanding of the results I wanted to achieve so major shout out to her hardwork as well.

Great Experience with Dr Morales Dr. Morales was very kind, professional and provided me with great results!! He was readily available to address any of my concerns throughout the entire process. Another doctor previously preformed a butt augumentation with implants; I was disappointed and left with improperly placed implants along with very deap and unsightly scars. Dr. Morales had since removed the implants and revised my scars. I am extremely happy with my results!!! I would like to thank Dr Morales for helping me to fix all the issues left behind by the previous dr. Many doctors did not want to take on the responsibility in removing badly placed implants, but dr morales was ready and delivered on his promises. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a plastic surgeon.
33 Years Old, Two Boys and I Needed 'ME" Back! - Houston, TX I was very motivated to do this surgery, because i wanted to feel like me again, i was feeling very sad and frustrated, i knew i could give more if only i felt good about myself. I made the decision because one day i said to myself, 'am I willing to look at myself in the mirror and feel like this for the rest of my life ?" well my answer was NO! so i took action ! i new it was going to be painful but i prepared myself for that! Arm Lift and Bra Line Lift After 170 Lb Weight Loss - Houston, TX I finally decided to pull the trigger on this surgery after dealing with the excess skin and rashes for 4 years. I found Dr. Morales via extensive internet research and after a couple of other consultations I decided that he was my man. He was unique in his vision for my body and gave me different options for my incision placement. I haven't worn sort sleeves or sleeveless shirts without a jacket for over 10 years and Dr. Morales helped my arms to see the sunlight again. The only negative thing I have to say is that my arms are taking a longer time to heal than expected. I still am taking it easy 10 weeks out. I imagine it will all be worth the pain and struggles in 2-3 more months. Dr. Morales is super nice, down to earth, compassionate, trust worthy and nice looking (according to my mother, HAHA). His prices were very competitive with other plastic surgeons that I visited.
