My Go To Booty Surgeon Dr. Rolando Morales and his medical/nursing network are priceless. I am pleased with the impeccable results and the care I received from all medical staff. I am 1 week post op and still healing but my heart is truly content. He is true to his word and gave me everything I asked for and more. It is a hard healing journey but the reward is worth the pain and suffering. I am praying, meditating, and overly obsessing about keeping every single inch of me and everything that comes within my vicinity clean, that is how much I love and want to keep what Dr. Rolando Morales has given to me. There are so many low life surgeons out there, it is a sad world out there, God have mercy, but I am truly blessed to have one who truly cares about me as a patient. Thank you to Dr. Rolando Morales and the medical staff that stands behind him. You are a true blessing to have as my doctor : ) Like I said down below in the comments. Meant to post this as a update, but since I am new to Realself I posted down in my first set of comments instead of making a new update. This update is regarding the very bad (1 star) experiences with front desk, Victoria, and scheduling. From the beginning I would have missed every single appointment I scheduled with ACPS if I did not call to verify, as I always do, a day or two in advance. Either they mark me for a different time, or a different date, and never update me on any changes. Again I am lucky to arrive at any appointments due to my habit of confirming appointments, as I am in Sales Marketing and am accustomed to this. I managed to be at all of my appointments except for my last recently scheduled one. I am just about 3 weeks post op and was (supposed to be) scheduled for the 25th. Today is the 23rd and I called to confirm my appointment for the 25th and the operator lady tells me I was scheduled for the 20th and staff marked me as a no show. I vividly remember speaking with Victoria about her being able to squeeze me in on the 25th and canceling the appointment on the 20th. She not just failed to do that but lied to me about doing that. For heavens sake I just had surgery and front desk do not care if you are seen by your doctor. Still haven't got a call back by anyone regarding this situation. Not sure if I will get to see my Doctor now because front desk is keeping me from seeing him. Absolute 1 Star and details concerning this matter are posted in my comments down below in my very first update. After this I don't think I will be a frequent patient here unfortunately. My after care means just as much as the actual surgery. These are before photos before my butt implant/BBL surgery and the wish pic I showed my doctor. I wanted to go with a larger size implant for my body type, but of course something that could fit properly under my muscle These are my results 4 weeks post op. The pain is much less now when I walk and do daily activities. I am starting my sitting protocol and it is pretty painful when I first sit, but after a few minutes it gets better. Pain is getting better every week. You have to be careful with the booty pillow they give you because if your booty overhangs just a little off the sides it will leave a mark on your booty. Lucky mine went away overnight. The booty pillow seems too small for a bigger booty, not sure if they have different sizes. Not sure if it was my metabolism or the combination of garment given and sitting on pillow but I noticed most of the fat injected went away... still unsure about BBL part. It was all inclusive so I didn't have a choice to choose just the Butt Implant. I still have hip dips so that is a little disappointing. Another thing I am dissatisfied about is the liposuction in my abdomen. I was suppose to have abdomen, flanks, and sides done with the all inclusive part but I notice only sides of abdomen, flanks, and sides were done. The fat around my belly/belly button is untouched and I wanted more snatched. I am pretty picky since I'm already skinny but expected more from the way they explained it in the consultation and from what all the doctors are capable of doing here in Houston. Next time I know to bring a photo of the exact stomach I wanted (look at Dr. Jung Money)!!! Besides that the initial surgery I went for (Butt Implants) are looking like they are healing well. I am very satisfied with that part of my surgery. I will post more photos near my 8 week follow up with Dr. MoralesY These are two and three week post op pics for reference. I am pretty swollen still at this point. I also attached a pic of the liposuction in the belly I wanted but didn't get for some reason 🙁 Not happy princess :'( Everything is healing very well. It was success 🙂 Lost a lot of my BBL fat transfer but that isn't unheard of. Only 50%-60% of fat survives for most patients on average. Implant lines show a bit on the sides because of this. I am planning another BBL in 6 months to add more around implant lines and hips. Hopefully I can gain enough fat. These are my pics 2 months post op butt implant and lipo procedure. They are smaller than what we started with because a lot of my fat transfer from the bbl reabsorbed, but overall I am satisfied. I am now starting Pilates and yoga 🙂 Started working out and slowly my implant lines are showing. I think exercise and weight loss makes it worse 🙁 I will have to consider options for second round BBL or Sculptra. Have to wait after 6 month mark to further explore my options. Will post more update pics soon regarding the implants showing These are photos 3 months post op 🙂 Fully healed. Little smaller after the swelling gone down, so thinking maybe of implant exchange for bigger. Not sure when but possibly in future. Overall my implants healed very nicely, no pain, no complications, and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Plenty of men look at and some even holler inappropriate comments from their car or in store when I'm out shopping. Annoying but flattering. So overall I give 5 stars. Hope I can go bigger with same surgeon... These are 6 months post op update pics. Fully recovered and back to normal. I would highly recommend Dr. Morales. Wouldn't trust another surgeon with my body. Now that I am sure of my results I want to up size to 700cc's 🙂 More 6 month post op result pics. Very pleased with results, again wouldn't choose another doctor if you want premium results. Glad I made the right choice. Don't think I would have been this pleased with another doctor. I just had my second surgery with Dr Morales today and I'm feeling really great. The pain second time around is like a 1 out of 10. I hate taking drugs so the fact I can take Tylenol instead of Hydrocodone is definitely a plus for me. I love the fact I went bigger with him and he gave me what I asked for... on that note I love the surgery center staff they are the sweetest. Even let me pick my roses thank you sweeties :* I wish I could remember all of their names again thank you staff at the surgery center you are the best! Dr Morales delivers results and I would again recommend him for surgery 🙂 I will post more updates about my recovery when I have more time. Thank you again for the great surgery experience l. Oh and here's some last before pics of me before surgery and new me 🙂 Still on bed rest but will post the new results before the end of the month. I was out for my birthday but I got a big booty as a present so that's ok lol. I am doing great with recovery and my hubby and families are being super sweet and helpful so I am ok being on bed rest for my birthday. And omg the birthday cake was extra good on zans js lol I almost put my face in it. But yeah sweeties I'll post more updates later But it was a lot of tension on my incision site so I decided to start wearing my faja from my first butt augmentation when I had a supercharged BBL and first pair of implants. The tension is gone now and I'm feeling great. I feel like Kim Kardashian with the huge new butt lol. I will take more pics for y'all later 🙂 Before my huge new booty 🙂 While I loved the previous I think I am going to be more in love with my new butt 🙂 I am still on bed rest and in recovery but I am feeling so much better now with my faja I am very happy 1 week into my recovery. These were taken on the way home after my first post op appointment. I will post more angles later when I'm not resting from recovery. Here's some more pics of my recovery and I am absolutely in love! My recovery is one month post op and is so smooth. I wanted to do a update but I am disgusted by how many hateful comments I get from strange people who seriously have no life of their own. Pure hate. But I know at the end of the day if they hate you then you are doing something right. It's not only a plastic surgery journey but a lesson, that if you decide to get plastic surgery and get phenomenal results be prepared for the the hate that comes with it. You would think it bothers me as it might bother others, but honestly I am really liking the attention that comes along with it, as any woman should. I am actually a very strong minded woman who believes that women should support other women, that being a lady is a gift, that being kind and showing love to others determines your status more than money, and so on, I could go on but this website is obviously not attracting very mentally attractive people, which is disappointing. If I acted like the way some of these women acted I would be disappointed in myself. Luckily I was taught better than that LOL. Anywho good luck to my haters, and for the women that actually support other women on this website I congratulate you and hope you have many blessings. I am very blessed and humbled for God and Jesus helping me during this recovery

Everyone was so kind and nurturing, especially when I was nervous the day of surgery. Dr. Morales was always personal and professional - on the day of surgery after his markings, he took the time to help cover me with my blanket and make sure I was ok. The results look phenomenal - the ab etching is top notch, and my butt looks brand new! I can’t recommend him enough! If you are looking for a new physique, Dr. Morales is someone you should highly consider.

My experience has been and continues to be nothing but the absolute best from Dr. Morales and his team. I have experienced extreme weight loss after bariatric surgery and was in search of someone to assist with a thigh lift, butt lift, full body lift, mons lift, arm lift, breast lift with augmentation and some lipo here and there. This has been all staged in a two part surgery and Dr. Morales has held my hand the entire time. I am currently finished with stage 1 and awaiting stage 2 and could not be happier with my results thus far.
Looking Forward to my Lipo 360 Procedure! I have been wanting to address my extra stomach fat for a long time. After a years of research, I am finally ready to go ahead and get Liposuction. I was considering going to Miami for treatment since it is much cheaper, but the assembly line style of surgery down there really scared me once I looked deeper into it. I liked Dr. Morales' before and after pictures for other lipo patients, so I decided to go with him. Within one day that had reached back out to me and answered all of my questions and get my appointment scheduled. My procedure date is 12/17/2020, and I will update y'all along the way! I had my pre-op appointment with Dr. Morales yesterday. I met him in the Galleria surgery center for this appointment, and the actual surgery will take place in Memorial. Prior to the appointment, I was extremely nervous and almost second guessing my decision to get surgery. After leaving, all my fears have been replaced with excitement! The surgery center itself is beautiful, and the nursing assistants were so nice (shout out to Sandra!). I was given soooo much information about procedure, recovery and everything in between so I feel very comfortable now. They also gave me vitamins and most of the stuff I am going to need for my wounds post-op. I was nervous to meet Dr. Morales, but he was so nice and patient in person. I had a list of about 15 questions that I wanted to ask him, and he answered all of them and put he at ease. My surgery is in exactly 2 weeks, I can't wait!
If I could give Dr.Morales more stars, I would. He really cares about his patients which was something I was looking for in a doctor besides amazing results of course. I didn’t want to just feel like a “number”. He answered all my questions at each visit without making me feel rushed(which I had many questions each time). His coordinators, staff at the office and staff at the surgery center were beyond helpful and super sweet. I’m extremely happy with my results and recovery and I’m so grateful for him and his work! Would recommend 200%!!
My Results Are Better Than Expected! Having my Mommy Makeover (breast, tummy, flanks and arms) done by Dr. Morales was great decision. The main reason I wanted the procedure done was because I didn't feel comfortable wearing short sleeve or sleeveless shirts at age 49. The results are better than expected. I am very happy with my arms but I actually like the results breasts and tummy better. They look amazing! My recovery was fast with minimal pain. I returned to work (from home) two weeks after my procedure. His staff was informative and responsive. They all took the time to explain the process from my first consultation to my post surgeries appointments.
Two months ago I had a tummy tuck, lip and a breast augmentation with Dr. Morales. He is a phenomenal surgeon and his staff is amazing! I highly recommend him and there is no one else I would let do any future surgeries on me other than Dr. Morales!
