Awesome doctor ! My healing process was great Because he really knows what he is doing . My body looks so natural and curvy . Highly recommend

My experience with Dr. Morales was amazing I met Dr. Morales about 4 years ago just for botox and my results were awesome. I remember asking him back then if he would do surgery based on the fat that I had around my waist and he's answer was I don’t think is worth it, I really think the gym will take care of that to be honest.. With that been said it tells you that he is not just about him self or the money!!! he actually cares for he's patients because anybody else would of just done the surgery and not mention the gym..... My recent experience was breast augmentation about a week ago...I considered doing my surgery with Dr. Morales based on my previous experience and also because he was able to work me in and work with me and my down time as I recently had surgery due to health issues and I was already in down time!!! my down time was very critical for me as I only wanted to be down one time!! Not 2 times keeping me out if the gym for a long period of time and even know that he's scheduled is very busy he got me in....We met for my consult and I had surgery a week later... THANK YOU DR. MORALES I REALLY APPRECIATE YOU FOR MAKING MY DOWN TIME SHORT and for fixing all my imperfections.... I'm very happy with my results 😍

Had lipo 360 outer thigh lipo and bbl and couldn’t be happier! I’m 2 months post op and my results are beyond amazing! I can’t say enough good things about Morales and his team! So thankful.

I have the hourglass figure I've always wanted I am 7 weeks post op! My experience with Dr. Morales and his staff from beginning to now has been amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better recovery. Everything went smoothly. I felt safe at all times. Any questions I had I was able to get answers to. He offered detailed information regarding his technique, experience, and education which made me feel even more comfortable. I would highly recommend Dr. Morales. My results are amazing. I look natural but I have the hour glass figure I've always wanted. Thank you Dr. Morales for giving me back my confidence!

Butt Implants Removed! So I got my butt implants 3 years ago I believe 500 cc, round with Dr Wilberto Cortez. Surgery went well and I didn't really have complications healing. I will say his lips around my abdomen was butchered and so now my tummy has kinda lumps on it. (I'll post pics tomorrow). My butt looked great until all the swelling went down and when I would bend over you could see the implants because my butt looked almost pointy. So I was always self conscious about that. Additionally, if I sat or payed in certain positions (even to this day, not just while healing) I would get numbness, and really bad pain where the implants are. So I've literally been living my life like I'm handicapped in some ways and have to lay a certain way, sit a certain way, and move a certain way. It's exhausting. The other issue I had about a year ago when I was playing with my kids and rolled off the edge of the couch and my right implant FLIPPED. I was mortified like luckily it was in my home and I could literally just grab it and flip it back around. SO I've had that fear of it flipping again ever since. Oh, and the bottom of my butt is saggy now from the weight of the implants! Now due to a career change which requires running (which I could do but it is a lot harder with implants) I scheduled to have my butt implants removed. I literally have zero reservations and should have gotten them out years ago. I'll post Pics before/after so you ladies can have more perspectives if you're having issues and deciding if you want them out! So I got them removed May 28th so it's been about 3 weeks. I did not get any lipo or fat transfer (I'm poor lol and literally buying a house as a single mother so it wasn't even an option for me) But the surgery went well less than 45 min, woke up and there was some pain just at incision and where the pockets were. Much easier recovery, NO DRAINS were needed, no stitches, just surgical glue which held perfectly until it naturally came off about week post op. Dr Morales was amazing and reduced the huge scar Dr Cortez left. Let's talk sagging... now first couple weeks were rough! I think it was because my implants were big and SO HEAVY. But I promise every couple days a see slight improvement. I was sent home with huge, abdominal to knee compression garments but dr said I could just get compression shorts which I got the Nike Pro training shorts which have worked great. Also I know some of my sagging is because I used to work out regularly like lifting so I had muscle built up but because I literally COULD NOT WORK OUT or even run with those heavy implants I lost ALL muscle so I will be sure to update in a month, 6 months, etc so yall can see just building up my flutes will lift everything substantially. We hope. Lol But idgaf what my butt looks like honestly I feel so FREE without them. Like liberated like I'm no longer handicapped. So worth it! Feeling 90% back to normal! Still tender if I sit for long periods of time on something hard... the muscle is still healing from being cut open to remove the implant I think but no nerve pains like when I got them in. Also a normal shape is starting to come back as well. I feel so lucky to have them out! Just a comparison pic of when I had implants. This was before they started to sag. This was probably 6 months post op and by 1 year post op I was saggy! On top of my butt starting to sag I had one flip so I was scared to work out so I lost all flute muscles which helped lift the implants so then my implant fell and my butt had no shape other than the implant. Miserable

I Did It! 590cc HP Under the Muscle Donut Lift. I am about 5'7" 150lb no kids. My breast have never been "perky". I used to were a 34D in VS bras. After weight loss and gain they became deflated. My 34D are no longer filled out. I moved down to a C and still was not filling the bras. I could have used a full anchor lift but I didn't care for them to be super "perky" or "fake" looking. I'm a woman of color so scarring was a major concern for me. Ultimately a donut lift was decided. I really just told my Dr what I wanted and let him decide the size and profile of the implant. 590cc high profile. With what I wanted it was important that the implant fill my lose skin so I left the size to him. I found out what I got when I woke up. I trust his judgment. I can't wait for them to drop!! I have may on week post op visit last week and the Doctor gave me the ok to start massaging them. I am 10days post op and no meds have been needed for a couple of days now. I love them more and more everyday. Still not lifting anything heavy yet. Uploading pics I have taking over the last 10 days.

Butt Implants and 4d Ab Etching On September 28th, I underwent a supercharged BBL (400cc fat transfer + 375cc round silicone unders) and 4d ab etching with Dr. Morales. I am now 6 months post op and LOVING my results! The first two weeks were rough and my experiences where comparative with those who just did the traditional BBL. I went this route because I wanted a bigger lifted booty that I could not achieve in the gym or with just the fat transfer, as I didn't have a ton of fat to begin with. I also didn't want to gain weight and under go a round two. Once my implants dropped and fluffed I knew I made the fridge choice with Morales. Throughout the entire process, he was kind and patient with myself and my husband as we had a ton of questions. The service was 5 Star, and I recommend this procedure and Dr. Morales to everyone who wants permanent results.

I just want to return gestures and pray that I can be that inspiration to the next woman on the fence of deciding. Dr. Rolando Morales came highly recommended to me. When I first went to Dr. M, I was only wanting a breast lift (2017). He did suggest augmentations for upper pole fullness. I'm already very busty, so I thought implants would make me HUGH! So at the time, I declined...Well, ladies let me say "doc knows best" because within 2 years I was back because "something was missing"... yep you got that right, the fullness that he said that I would miss. Dr. Morales listened to my concerns and gave me exactly what I wanted; upper pole fullness WITHOUT bigger breast.Needless to say, I was very pleased with the outcome of my results.I then decided that "hey after 2 wonderful pregnancies and 2 beautiful boys"; it was time to have that flat tummy I had in my youth pre-pregnancy bod.I booked liposuction of the back, flanks, bra line, and a tummy tuck (full abdominoplasty) for 3/25/2021. I did have the Exparel, which is making the pain very manageable. I am POD 1 and as you can see from my pictures, I have no shape and is VERY swollen, but so far I'm doing well and pain is minimal.I will take pictures to add the more time goes by to allow you to see my journey. The women who charted and shared their journey from start to finish really helped me make the final decision and put my mind at ease just seeing their transformations.I just want to return gestures and pray that I can be that inspiration to the next woman on the fence of deciding. Will keep you all posted. Any questions just ask! 😉 Swelling has gone down quite a bit at 3 weeks. I did start my lymphatic massages weekly at my 2 week point. I had 2 hour massages at each session. My surgeon took me out of my binder and put me into a very light compression faja, which I only sleep in at night. I bought a Colombian faja which offers more compression for my day time wear. (Doing this was ok'd by my PS). Both fajas are second stage. The top photos were taken at my pre-op appointment. The bottom photos are from 5/12, which is actually 7 weeks out from my procedure date. My surgeon says that 60 percent of the swelling has gone. I also am starting scar therapy today.

Extreme Body Makeover!! Thanks to Dr.Morales, I finally had my extreme body makeover on March 2, 2021. I had tummy tuck, arm lift, thigh lift, body lift and also breast lift. Everything is healing great and can't wait for my final out coming ! Sorry, no pictures at this time but maybe later.

Amazing experience...more than a satisfied customer! My experience with Dr. Morales and his team was amazing. I initially went to see Dr. Morales to replace saline implants that I had for 25 years. Dr. Morales was very informative with my options and I felt that he was extremely knowledgeable. My comment to him was "You are the artist so I trust you and your decision." During my pre-op appointment, I inquired about an upper eyelid lift. We agreed to do this at the time of my implant replacement surgery. Needless to say, I was nervous going into surgery as I have never had surgery on my face. Dr. Morales's team was so attentive and answered all of my questions. The surgical team, at the surgery center, was fantastic and very caring. I went home with minimal bruising on my eyes and never had any pain with my breast. I only took Tylenol the day after surgery. If I would have known the recovery was so easy, I would have never been so nervous. As I age, I will have more procedures and I will only see Dr. Morales. I enjoyed my experience so much and I will miss team, Morales. Both of my procedures were better than I could have ever asked for, with recovery and the outcome. I am extremely happy!
