Houston Woman has Upper Eyelid Lift

Patient desired improvement of the heaviness of her upper eyelids. She reported excess skin and difficulty applying makeup. She underwent a upper blepharoplasty under local anesthesia in the office. She had an unremarkable postoperative course. Procedure: A standard ellipse excision of upper eyelid skin was performed under local anesthesia. Excess skin was tailored to an improved contour.
