CASE DESCRIPTION: Patient presented for evaluation to improve the appearance of her abdomen and breasts after pregnancies. She was unhappy with the areas resistant to diet and exercise and “deflated” breasts. She wore a B cup and desired to be a full D to improve her figure proportions. The after pictures below are two months from a Brazilian Butt Lift with fat transfer, extended tummy tuck, and breast augmentation with lift. She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE NOTES: Dual plane technique (partial submuscular) with Sientra smooth round, full proflie, 355cc silicone gel implants and breast lift with anchor scar. A extended tummy tuck with rectus plication was performed and liposuction to improve to contours of the waistline. Fat transfer was performed to the buttocks for enhancement for a total of 800cc each side.
