Patient presented for evaluation to improve the appearance of her breasts and body. She was unhappy with “stretched out tummy” with saggy excess skin and stretch marks, and breast volume and appearance. The after pictures below are two months from breast lift with implant, liposuction with a Brazilian Butt Lift and tummy tuck with muscle tightening (anterior rectus fascia plication). She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE NOTES: Dual plane technique (partial sub muscular) with Allergan Inspira smooth round, full Profile, 265cc silicone gel implants. A breast lift with full “anchor” incision used for retailoring the skin envelope over the new breast shape. A Abdominoplasty with anterior rectus fascia plication for diastesis (muscle separation of the midline) repair was performed. Liposuction was also performed to improve to contours of the waistline, and back, and fat transferred to the buttocks (Brazilian Butt Lift). Exparel (longterm local anesthetic) was injected during the procedure to reduce postoperative pain and reduce amount of pain medicines required in the recovery period
