CASE DESCRIPTION: Patient presented for evaluation to improve the appearance of her breasts and body. She was unhappy with “stretched out tummy” with saggy excess skin and stretch marks, and breast volume and appearance. The after pictures below are two months from breast augmentation, liposuction, Brazilian Butt Lift (buttock fat grafting), and extended tummy tuck with muscle tightening (anterior rectus fascia plication). She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE NOTES: Breast augmentation performed with a dual plane technique (partial sub muscular) with Allergan Inspira smooth round, full Profile, 565cc silicone gel implants. An extended abdominoplasty with anterior rectus fascia plication for diastesis (muscle separation of the midline) repair was performed. Liposuction was also performed to improve to contours of the waistline, and fat grafting to the buttocks to enhance shape and volume. Exparel (longterm local anesthetic) was injected during the procedure to reduce postoperative pain and reduce amount of pain medicines required in the recovery period
